Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef

1 cup Milk (or milk alternative)

1 tsp chopped / 1/4 tsp dried Sage

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

1/4 tsp Pepper

3 slices of Toasted Bread, torn into small pieces

1 Egg

1 clove Garlic, finely chopped, or 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 cup Ketchup

1 small onion, chopped

1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

add Green Pepper/Celery to taste

Heat Oven to 350F

Mix all ingredients except ketchup (use plastic bags over hands to ease cleanup)

Spread mixture in foiled loaf pan

Spoon ketchup on top

Bake 1-1 1/4 hrs or until done

Remove from pan

Notes from the Chef:

Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad!
