Oyster Sauce Chicken Stir Fry

Chicken (4 breast)
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce (4 shakes)
Fish Sauce (4 shakes)
Hoisen Sauce
Pepper
Garlic Salt (4 shakes)
Ginger (1-2 inches)
Green Onions (2 Stalks~)
Rice
Veggies
Oil
Thaw Chicken, Cook rice, Start boiling veggies
Cut Chicken into bite sized portions
Prepare Marinade: Oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, pepper, garlic salt, etc; in a large bowl
Combine chicken & marinade in large bowl.
pour oil in skillet
heat oil & cook chicken on med heat.
turn chicken until evenly cooked.
serve over white rice and with veggies.
Notes from the chef:
Some prep goes a long way for extra flavor: Let the chicken sit in the marinade for a few hours before cooking. Cover the bowl and throw it in the fridge.
The picture looks gross. BUT IT TASTES GREAT. Pictured with sticky rice and a veggie medley... not my first choice, but decent. it’s better with a broccoli medley...
The family way to do this is with drumsticks and a grill... i don’t have a grill.
